I came here without any hope for my hair and to just get a small trim because I don't trust anyone with my hair anymore...I had a terrible haircut that I was growing out because my hair is type A and hard to get cut correctly. I just wanted Steph to trim the neck so I could look a little normal again. Steph saw how afraid I was to let another person touch my hair and she made me feel so trusting of her! She started fixing my bad hair immediately, knowing exactly what to do. I am so glad I came here, she 100% fixed my hair, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair now! I am so grateful for you Steph, you were a miracle for me today!!!

I hate that this location is constantly switching stylists as I’ve had several great experiences with stylists I’ve only seen once and then never again. Today, I had Stephani as my stylist and I really wish I had tipped her more. She was extremely sweet and considerate with me as I had no idea what type of hair style I get. I just get it cut and trust that the stylist puts the “correct” things in my notes and I hope for the best. Stephani really took the time to make sure that I liked what I was getting and I regret only tipping her $5. I hate knowing that there’s a possibility that she won’t be here the next time I need a cut, since I really do like what she did, and this location is constantly changing stylists. If you’re able to, keep Stephani at this location!!! :)
